Meet with me weekly for 12 weeks of immersive family counseling. Each session is 50 minutes. We'll connect via secure phone or video.

Who says you can't text your counselor? I want you to message me anytime you need to. As a seasonal family you all get unlimited access to messaging with me.

GUEST SESSIONS
There's no such thing as too much support. You're welcome to involve other loved ones. Together we'll create a plan to help them best support your family in your healing journey.
LIFELINE SUPPORT
Sometimes things come up between counseling sessions and you need to talk. Whatever it is - an argument, a crisis, or just needing encouragement - I'll make time to talk last minute.
